Principal Accountabilities & Qualifications *Sales Perspectives Responsibilities* Build up and maintain a customer relationship with Tier 1 and OEMs in Automotive Industry. Internal communication with the global team to bring out the outcome as customer expectations. Set a goal for sales objectives (target), business growth and new opportunity development. Increasing the revenue by obtaining new programs and improving profit by reducing the cost. Take a lead within the teams to create the cost model, quote and technical proposal prior to tender or bidding. Analyzing the market, competitor and business status and report to a higher management. (Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly) To own overall Korea annual sales budget, quarterly rolling forecast and sales associated SKPIs. (Overdue receivables, sales acquisition, sales price development) To own integrity of SFBA and SAP database for Korea market. Being able to sign quotes together with Finance controlling, to develop new business / account strategy independently. *Technical Perspectives Responsibilities* Take a lead in interfacing between the customer and Gentherm during pre-development or customer projects in sales perspectives. Professional Presentation of project results for internal and external needs. To develop and collaborate with Asia sales / PLM for new product roll out activities to customers in Korea. *Preferences* Active and professional attitude and behavior Purpose driven mind-set Teamwork experience (Good communication skills) Language: English (Intermediate or Fluent) in speaking / listening / reading / writing *Education and Experiences* Degree in university. At least 5 years of experience in the role of automotive sales, engineering or PM. A Plus if has experience in thermal management (cooling & heating) or ECU for automotive field
